Rigid Industries had a lacking, confusing online shopping experience. They came to us with a desire to overhaul their eCommerce website's framework, modernize its look and feel, and create a smoother shopping experience from home page to checkout.
We worked closely with Rigid Industries to understand what did and didn't work well on their existing eCommerce website. We toured their facilities and researched their key performing products. Ultimately, Rigid Industries' website redesign incorporate a bold, modern look that spoke to their brand message of adventure and empowerment. It also included a complete re-envisioning of the website's navigation framework. We carved out a handful of ways for users to shop Rigid Industries' new website and did away with their clunky menu that started with a link to "Products". Ultimately, Rigid Industries stepped into the present with a crisp look and a user-friendly online shopping experience.
