... and design is my happy place!

I am a thoughtful, detail-oriented designer with a passion for digital experiences that combine user-centered thinking and visual delight.

I have collaborated with skilled creatives, developers, and project managers for several years. During this time, I have designed for industries including home decor, construction, technology, footwear, apparel, electronics, and food. I adore the creative process and am forever delighted by the transformative power of design in everyday life.

Oregonian Illinoisan Netherlander,
Residing in PDX

I grew up near Chicago and, for a few years, near Amsterdam. These days I live in Portland, Oregon, and feel fortunate to call the Pacific Northwest home. My love for design is the amalgamation of a childhood full of craft time, an adolescence sprinkled with travel, and a college education immersed in advertising and design.

In my free time, I love restoring my early 1900's Arts & Crafts style house, gardening, and refinishing furniture. When not covered in construction debris, I enjoy outdoor adventures with my partner, Nick, and our lively dog companion, Pippin.
